Buying Process

Buying a puppy should be fun and simple. We do everything we can to make your experience a pleasant one and to safeguard you as the buyer, us as the seller, and the puppy. Puppies are typically ready for their new home between 8 and 10 weeks old. The process is straightforward and simple and goes something like this:

  1. Contact. You contact us to let us know you’re interested in a puppy.
  2. Information. We are happy to answer any questions, provide additional pictures or information, FaceTime, etc.
  3. Deposit. Once you decide you want to purchase the puppy, you will put down a deposit which secures the puppy and renders it no longer available for other potential buyers.
  4. Schedule. We coordinate a convenient date/time for you to pick up your puppy.
  5. Transfer. At the time of transfer, you will receive a beautiful healthy French Bulldog puppy along with health records, AKC registration paperwork, and a new puppy packet from us full of goodies. You will need to pay the remaining balance of the purchase price. We will both sign and take home copies of the puppy contract (which includes a 1-year health guarantee).

As with our puppies, we’ve tried to make our stud service easy to use. When you use our stud service, we become partners working together to achieve success in breeding your female with our stud, and ultimately resulting in you getting a great litter of puppies. If interested in our stud service, please contact us to discuss. Here are some important details of the service:

  1. Contact. The earlier we start communicating the better, however, at the latest you should contact us as soon as you notice that your female is in heat.
  2. Payment. We charge 50% of the stud service fee up front and the remaining 50% after you have a successful litter.
  3. Shipping. There is a $150 charge for each semen collection and overnight shipping. There are typically 2 samples provided, so a total of $300.
  4. Discount. If your litter only results in 1 puppy, we give you a 50% discount on the stud service fee. If you get 2 or more live puppies, then the discount does not apply.
  5. Rollover. We provide rollover coverage so that if your female does not get pregnant you don’t lose your money, but can roll it over to a future breeding. We do not offer cash refunds.

As you can see, we offer very friendly terms and want to help you be successful. When you win, we win!
